Rich founded Equippers Network International in 2002.  He currently serves as its director and continues to train Eastern Europeans in intercultural studies and cross-cultural ministry skills.  Rich has served as a cross-cultural minister since 1984, first in the Philippines, then in Ukraine and other Eastern European nations.  His 12 years of higher-education teaching experience prepared him to open the World Missions Program at Kiev Theological Seminary in 2008.  Rich earned his doctoral degree at Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon.
