Rich founded Equippers Network International in 2002. He currently serves as its director and continues to train Eastern Europeans in intercultural studies and cross-cultural ministry skills. Rich has served as a cross-cultural minister since 1984, first in the Philippines, then in Ukraine and other Eastern European nations. His 12 years of higher-education teaching experience prepared him to open the World Missions Program at Kiev Theological Seminary in 2008. Rich earned his doctoral degree at Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon. To learn more, click the brochure

Tom teaches with ENI in several Bible colleges and seminaries of Eastern Europe. He is based in Chisinau, Moldova and Chattanooga, TN and spends most of his time teaching in Moldova, Russia and Ukraine.

Andrei is our part-time administrative assistant in Ukraine. He not only helps coordinate and administrate our conferences, but also translates classroom materials (notes and PowerPoint presentations) into Russian and serves as ENI interpreter.

Denise has many years of accounting experience with a large non-profit organization, and we are grateful that she is using her abilities for ENI.

Cheri serves as our public relations person, writing prayer letters and internet articles, editing our updates and creating scripts for our videos.
