Rich founded Equippers Network International in 2002. He currently serves as its director and continues to train Eastern Europeans in intercultural studies and cross-cultural ministry skills. Rich has served as a cross-cultural minister since 1984, first in the Philippines, then in Ukraine and other Eastern European nations. His 12 years of higher-education teaching experience prepared him to open the World Missions Program at Kiev Theological Seminary in 2008. Jim is one of founding members of Equippers Network International. He also serves on the board of several non-profit agencies, giving him insight into both the educational and policy aspects of ENI. He held the posts of Faculty Dean and Provost for many years at Western Seminary, Portland, Oregon where he continues to teach part-time. He and his wife, Katherine, have a home in Highlands, North Carolina where they attend Community Bible Church. |

Scott serves ENI as a board member and part-time instructor. A Christian Education specialist, he has taught widely in former Soviet Union countries and is currently researching higher education trends in Ukraine. He also served as a dean at Kiev Theological Seminary and at Columbia International University. Scott and Becky live in Columbia, South Carolina where they attend Pontiac First Baptist Church. |

Don brings decades of pastoral experience and a passion for world missions to the board. The church he founded is one of the most missions-minded churches in South Carolina. He regularly travels to various mission fields and has also served as a conference speaker in Ukraine.
